Purchases

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error(s) in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. You understand and agree that if you authorize a payment transaction with your credit card, debit card, or other payment method, but your charge is rejected for any reason, there may be a hold on your use of that transaction amount for several days.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Spartan Fitness W.L.L product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Spartan Fitness W.L.L reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Spartan Fitness W.L.L reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Spartan Fitness W.L.L shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Spartan Fitness W.L.L without notice at any time, for any reason.
