How do I return an item?
We accept a return within 3 days upon receiving the item(s), ensuring that the product(s) are in original condition, tags, and packaging. You can return the purchase either by visiting or shipping the order back to the address mentioned on the contact page.
Refunds on Return
We offer a refund on returns that pass the quality checks and are in the original conditions in the following ways:
- Credit Note
- Bank/Online Transfer
Credit note refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your order being received at our store. You can use this credit note to purchase online or in-store.
Bank/Online Transfer will be initiated within 24 hours post quality checks. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 4-15 business days to process the transaction.
