Refund and Returns Policy
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Items may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of receiving them.
- Condition: Goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect, or parts missing, and preferably still in their original packaging. Items may be tried on for sizing but not used for a workout.
- Postage: The customer is responsible for postage and the safe return of the goods. An additional postage and packaging charge for the exchange item may apply.
- Tracking: We recommend using a postal tracking service or a service that ensures the value of the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in the post.
- Notification: Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Typically, this is within one business day, but it can take up to three business days.
Note: For hygiene reasons, socks may not be exchanged once opened.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: Orders canceled after dispatch will be refunded only once the items are returned to us. Cancellations must be made by email to info@spartanfitnessbh.com, quoting your order number.
- Refund Process: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods. Refunds may be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs.

Defective Goods
All SBD Apparel products undergo a stringent quality control process. We expect our products to meet the highest standards and guarantee them against manufacturing defects. If a product does not meet your expectations, please get in touch with us at info@spartanfitnessbh.com with your order number, name, and delivery postal code. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
